Problem statement – The client was looking for a solution to provide a platform for their external distributors to place orders for the products Solution – Zoho Creator implementation Insightcrew built a Zoho Creator based mobile app/ tablet app solution that could be used by external distributors. They can select the products from the product list defined in Books by the company. The app allows them to place orders on the creator app which are automatically synced to the sales orders in Zoho inventory. The invoice is generated in Zoho books and sent to the distributor for sharing with the end customer. This also helped the client to manage stock more accurately as they have real-time order information. The company also updates the shipment status in Zoho inventory, which is also tracked in the Creator portal app. Results -: 1. 20% reduction in order fulfilment as order information is available in Real-time. 2. Upto 30% increase in ROI on sales engagement spend as distributor level order details and reporting was made possible from this solution. 3. Positive feedback from distributors as the order placement process was streamlined.
