A custom-built CRM platform for a client in the dental industry from the United Kingdom. Designed to enhance clinic-dentist-patient interaction and ensure safe and efficient data management. CHALLENGE Our team had to develop a user-friendly web and mobile platform with a set of features that would be helpful for: Clinics to administrate their staff and process required data (create profiles for new administrators and dentists, set their roles and level of access, and collect patients’ statistics); Dentists to manage communication with their patients and clinic administrators, streamline dentist examinations, and more; Patients to manage appointments (schedule, reschedule, cancel visits), and receive reminders and notifications. The project had a tight deadline and had to be done from scratch. SOLUTION Intellectsoft met all project requirements and delivered a ready-to-market product in nine months. Our feature-rich platform allows all users to perform the specified scope of tasks and actions via intuitive and responsive UI. The admin panel provides clinic administrators and doctors with access to the menu, where they can efficiently, conveniently, and safely manage patient data and communicate with each other. A dentist examination streamline option is also available. The patient interface user panel allows users to check notifications, reminders, and requests in their profiles, and organize their appointments. IMPACT Our team built a comprehensive white-label CRM platform for the dental industry that optimizes the interaction between clinics, dentists, and patients. 10 clinics already recognize the platform as an efficient staff and patient management tool. Collected feedback shows a 20% cost reduction under the CRM system, decreasing administrators’ time per patient. Also, the solution increased dentists’ revenue by an average of 8% due to an optimized schedule arrangement and streamlined options.
With such a huge range of options, the quantity of products required a highly complex Request-for-Quotation (RFQ) when it came to understanding how best to identify the unique solution to each customer’s need. This complexity resulted in a delay in equipment delivery time. The client needed to simplify the estimation process to help reduce the lead-in time required before delivery. Intellectsoft worked with the client all the way through the concept-to-design phase of the project. In talking with the client, Intellectsoft listened closely to their needs and developed an application for iOS tablets. This app came in the form of an employee-facing questionnaire which can be used on iPads, carried by sales representatives in the field and at trade shows. The simplified questionnaire gathers all of the client’s requirements, then generates and emails an RFQ directly to SHI headquarters. The app helps the customer select the right plastic injection molding forming machine from a variety of different machines manufactured by Sumitomo SHI Demag. The app is used by the SHI sales team and partners of SHI. A list of questions narrows down the eligible machines until the correct match is found based on price and capacity. Intellectsoft’s app has the capacity to improve the interactions between sales representatives and the customer by reducing the complexity of the questionnaire and the time it takes to complete it. The ability to directly email the client’s head office means that office staff will gain a better understanding of the client’s needs. The requirements also arrive in a faster, more accurate email generated by the app. The immediate email delivery of the RFQ will give the client the ability to deliver injection molding machines with reduced lead-in time.

The app needed to provide all the event-related information to the guests and help them navigate the location, in a comfortable experience without printed materials. Using our approach that combines custom software development and a low-code mobile app platform, Intellectsoft created an app with comprehensive News, Schedule, and Results sections, a vivid map and uncluttered FAQ section — all in a clean and appealing design.
