Business Request: The project addressed specific HR challenges within Unisender. Unisender sought an innovative solution to automate and enhance HR management processes, focusing on integrating an AI Specialist into Slack. Main Challenge: The company faced an issue where employees either rarely sought consultation from the HR department or took up a significant amount of time from HR professionals. The anonymous bot, which preserved the confidentiality of the correspondence, was intended to address this problem. Our Solution: Developed an HR AI Specialist using Python and GPT fine-tuning.
