Incorporated in June 2012, iXL started as a TESDA certificated training institution specializing in Near-Hire Training for Call Center Agents in La Paz, Iloilo City.We have evolved from training into a Business Process Outsourcing company with its first U.S. based client specializing in flower delivery in November 2013.Today, we have transformed our business in providing comprehensive BPO services for global clients. iXL aims to provide the most cost-effective solutions through the best delivery methods and processes that will significantly improve efficiency of business operations that would translate in reducing costs.
