JOTS Logistics engages in 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) / Freight brokerage, meaning a company that can perform the management function of the clients' logistics needs to the client's customers, with the intent to transform into a 4th Party Logistics (4PL). A 4PL then directs every moving part within the customer's supply chain and serves as a single point of contact for all parties involved, to have more impact in the supply chain of their customers.
