Kaber Helm worked alongside P2ML, a telecoms infrastructure company based in Clydebank, to create a mobile application that would remove the paper from their inspection process and decrease the overall delivery time of the final customer report being produced following the inspection (approx 7-8 days) To help aid their issue, we developed a mobile application which used 2 devices. One would be used for data capture - removing the paper - while the other was to collect picture evidence (which would be tagged), thus removing the job of matching images from a digital cameras SD card to a paper report. These reports are automatically compiled and can be edited from HQ by customer service administrators within 2 mins of an inspection being completed - Once the report was edited and signed off, it could be exported and emailed in PDF format or viewed digitally through their portal.
