Malinovsky Digital Agency sought our assistance in sourcing key talents: Head of Marketing and React.js Developer. The task was urgent, we had 3 weeks to search. We employed a comprehensive approach, combining active searches through LinkedIn and job sites with sourcing from our database of past projects. For each position, we presented 4-5 qualified candidates. Our company's CEO, Igor Kochetov, personally participated in the recruitment process and interaction with Malinovsky Digital Agency. The structured resumes and detailed profiles we provided helped the client save time on candidate review and expedited the decision-making process on which candidates would proceed to the interview stage. After interviews, the client settled on two candidates who were successfully hired. The efficiency and speed of our work allowed us to fill the vacancies ahead of schedule.
This is not the first time we have collaborated with Ericsson Nikola Tesla. The new task was much larger than the previous one. Recruitment of personnel for the opening R&D office for a large project Process Automation in the National Health System . It was about searching and selecting candidates for 8 types of different IT positions. Some positions required 4-5 specialists. Our dedicated team of three professionals delved deeply into the technical intricacies of each position, conducting about 10 video conferences with client representatives. Utilizing multiple sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job sites, and our database of past project candidates, we identified 5-6 suitable candidates for each role. Result: Successfully staffed 16 critical positions, contributing significantly to Ericsson Nikola Tesla's healthcare automation project. The whole process lasted about 4.5 months.
We were approached by SMART VALOR, a Swiss FinTech company working in blockchain technology and prominent in the cryptocurrency space. The task was to find and select two Senior level developers, with a stack including AI and Web3 development languages and tools. The outcome: presenting the client with six meticulously selected profiles, culminating in the successful hiring of a highly qualified R&D Manager. In the final stage, we actively supported the client, helping to resolve financial motivation issues satisfactory to all parties. Our expertise allowed us not only to attract a worthy candidate but also to address the client's accompanying requests, accelerating the process and saving their time.

Our recruitment company successfully built a highly skilled test automation and computer vision team from scratch for Innoviz Technologies, a leading international technology company. We handled the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to final hiring. The recruitment process involved reviewing over 700 resumes, sending out over 100 proposals, and conducting over 80 interviews, ultimately resulting in six strategic hires for roles including a Test Automation Engineer, an Embedded Computer Vision SW Engineer, and an Office Manager.
