The Founding Story
The genesis of Kimon dates back to co-founder Michael Kitt's extensive business experience in India, which began in 2010. During his frequent travels to Mumbai, while collaborating with an established entrepreneur, Michael witnessed firsthand the challenges plaguing UK businesses: escalating employment costs and inadequate remote staffing solutions from providers in Eastern Europe, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
These frustrations catalysed the creation of Kimon Services in 2017, born from Michael's vision to establish superior outsourced operations that would benefit his own business ventures while addressing widespread industry pain points.
