While researching, she learned that over 75% of the required courses for a recommended minor fall into the three categories of; completed, in-progress, or pending based on major requirements. Despite its best, noble efforts, the US government has struggled to deal with the scope of this problem. For instance, the VA’s Suicide Crisis Hotline was embroiled in controversy when reports surfaced that many Veterans were being put on hold or redirected to backup call centers. Kromeon Solution We were approached by Objective Zero in hopes of using their expertise and proven track record to solve this colossal problem. One of the main concerns was to deliver a top-notch product while under extensive time constraints. We took this as our moral responsibility to give back to US Veterans and approached this project as our own, ultimately producing an astounding end-product. This was a challenging project as the affiliates being used weren’t consistent in terms of functionality and the features they provided. For example, the display format for products were different from one affiliate as compared to the another. There was a high level of uncertainty involved as the application was heavily dependent on the affiliate engines being used. Such obstacles required an extensive R&D cycle and immense efforts from the team to meet client expectations and produce a brilliant product.
