In the development of residential areas, Aivar has organized various work-shops and architectural competitions, already providing architects with initial tasks for compiling the best possible plans, and following the developed sales concept, many excellent residential areas, both small and large, have been completed. In 2003, Aivar Villemson was chosen by the only business news newspaper \"Äripäev\" as the most reputable real estate agent in Estonia. 

Mart Saa is a real estate specialist with long-term experience, who has been the head of several important real estate companies in Estonia, the head of ERI Kinnisvara, a member of the board of Rotermann Estonia and also the head of Arco Vara Real Estate Office. 

In addition to his long professional career, Mart has constantly been an innovator and carrier in its field. Mart is one of the first to receive a professional real estate broker's certificate already in 1999 and has constantly renewed it, most recently in 2019. Mart has been a member of the board of the Estonian Association of Real Estate Companies for many years. Mart was also the Broker of the Year 2003 elected by the Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (or colleagues).
