The task was to develop a mobile apps that serves as an extension of an existing web-based healthcare platform. The aim is to provide patients with a more user-friendly and convenient way to interact with healthcare providers. This includes enhancing accessibility to medical services, simplifying appointment scheduling, facilitating communication with providers, and offering features that streamline the healthcare experience for patients on their mobile devices.
The cutting-edge app was skillfully developed from scratch, instilling palpable excitement. About the project NFT Screensaver is an innovative application that gives a user the possibility to put the most popular NFTs on the market as a screensaver on Android TV. Solution LAB325 started with defining the process and revisiting all the problems to build the most smooth and user-friendly way of delivery of NFTs directly to customers' TVs. We did research on top players in the NFT market, and the possibility of cooperation with the most known NFT marketplaces. We created an AI-based product that allows us to choose and download the most popular NFTs and put them as a screensaver. The app targets the main pain points they have: - Find the most popular NFTs on the market; - Download NFTs; - Put NFT as a screensaver; - Pick your favorite NFTs from a thousand of the most popular on the market. This case study presents the development of a pack of branded apps for an Android TV manufacturer, aimed at enhancing the value and showcasing the innovative approach of utilizing Android TVs. The objective was to create unique apps with distinct features, providing users with an enriched and seamless experience. The TV Remote app is a branded Android application designed to transform a user's mobile phone into an intuitive remote control for their Android TV. With its easy-to-use and intuitive design, users can effortlessly navigate and control their Android TV using their mobile devices. This app provides a seamless and convenient remote control experience, enhancing the overall usability of the Android TV. The development scope included app prototyping, UI/UX design, Android development, and integration with the Android TV platform.
Knowing the customer’s infrastructure, business processes and established relations with the core team throughout our prolonged cooperation allowed us to create the product architecture. In parallel to product concept development, LAB325 provided valuable business intelligence regarding the client’s ambitious goals and, as a result of product discovery sessions, created a technical task. This laid the basis for our further work.

Solution LAB325 made research of top applications on the market that perform the same function. The team created a clickable prototype to ensure the client’s business requirements are addressed. Server architecture was developed to meet the high-load requirements. Further, the application was built based on the above.
