<p>Our office is designed around one goal - to be hyper efficient in marketing.&nbsp; Our brand is selectively focused on properties that require fewer one on one interactions than as in typical brokerage offices.&nbsp; Generally speaking, we are focused on selling not leasing and we don\'t take management assignments, other than basic caretaker duties for properties marketed for sale.&nbsp; As an example, we\'re not geared to landlord lease office spaces for a group that owns office buildings all over the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, as that assignment requires far too many showings and entirely too much time sitting in traffic going between showings; however, we are the right firm to sell those properties and achieve the highest price.&nbsp;&nbsp; Our leasing activity is limited to combination lease and sale assignments where we work to increase the property value in a sale by through improving the rent roll.&nbsp; We also handle single tenant combination lease and sale assignments where a landlord seeks to either lease or sell the property, whichever comes first.</p>
