Landscope (Mauritius) Ltd is a public company with its main shareholder being the Government of Mauritius. In December 2016, five state-owned companies, engaged mainly in property development and management, were amalgamated into Landscope (Mauritius) Ltd.

We own and manage a diversified portfolio of prime property assets in Mauritius, spanning across the office, retail and industrial sectors. We also develop and manage business and industrial parks.
