Who are we?
LegalHero is a Legal Tech startup, operating in Copenhagen, Denmark, with the goal of disrupting the stale legal landscape of client-lawyer relations by providing a more transparent, affordable and most-of-all user-friendly digital alternative to the average domestic law firm. 
 

What do we do?

LegalHero operates entirely on a digital platform designed to connect customers with legal advisors that specializes in whichever legal area of contention that the customer might desire. The way it works, in a nutshell, is centered around the customer. A customer is able to create a case on the platform free of charge, detailing their case as specifically as possible. As soon as the case is deemed appropriate descriptive (either done by the customer or us), the case is made available on the digital marketplace on our platform, where our advisors, with expertise within the relevant legal area of contention, can choose to make an offer, detailing:
- the advisors' identification and understanding of the legal problem,
- the way in which the advisor intends to solve it,
- the extent of which the advisor might need further clarification or documentation from the customer and most importantly,
- the amount of hours that the advisor estimates the case will require (an absolute max). 

The customer can choose between the offers freely, and from choosing and thereby accepting an offer, the case is set in motion. LegalHero will from there solely ensure that the communication is properly ongoing and that the case is being handled to the client's satisfaction.
