The online store works in conjunction with CRM on one core, which increases the productivity and efficiency of both the store staff and the site with CRM. Over the years of operation, the site has grown from a standard template site in Belarus into a multi-regional one e-commerce project with the possibility of further scaling to new markets. A universal development has been made that can be used equally effectively in any country in which Askona operates. The development is based on the Bitrix software product, each site is synchronized with CRM and is supported in two languages. A set of integrations was carried out with such platforms as 1C: Enterprise, end-to-end analytics systems Google, Yandex, Roistat, marketing automation services Mindbox and Admitad. Using the Multisearch module, a flexible and intuitive search is configured. All sites have implemented comprehensive functionality for setting up SEO promotion, optimized loading speed, and for the convenience of the content manager, work has been done to modernize the administrative part of the site. At the same time, work was done to create landing sites for niche Ascona products. Depending on the country, there are various Internet acquiring systems (BePaid, FreedomPay), installment platforms (Brokerage, ZoodPay), mailing operators (Devino, Zvonobot), messenger integration and call tracking services (Wazzup, Ringostat).
