LoyaltyPlant was founded in 2011 by a group of innovators who realized that communication between businesses and customers did not fit in the digital world we live in. Customers were constantly bombarded with coupons, annoying text messages, and non-personalized banners, which ultimately decreased the results business was getting from their marketing campaigns.
