Luke is a Managing Partner of Ridgeline Ventures, an investor in natural foods, active lifestyle, and health and wellness companies. Luke was previously the COO of fast-growing Eco-Products, Inc. when he started the site. He wanted a better way to find talented professionals and maintain contact with those people as his company had many jobs to fill. He created Luke\'s Circle and opened it up to other employers to distribute jobs through as well.</p>
