CLIENT N Client N is a digital marketing company focused on helping businesses overcome challenges in the cluttered online marketplace. Founded with a mission to provide unique solutions to significant problems, Client N specializes in clarifying and optimizing its clients' online presence. CHALLENGEs Client N faced challenges related to team communication, project management, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training for new employees, time management, calendar management, forecasting and reporting for finance, and overall team productivity and profitability. The company struggled with hundreds of hours spent on administrative and data entry tasks for critical internal documentation and tracking. There was a lack of standardization across internal processes, leading to inefficiencies and wasted time, and onboarding new employees and training them on numerous SOPs was time-consuming and resource-intensive. Solutions Client N partnered with Luneer to streamline team communication, set up a project management system, implement SOPs and processes, and enhance training methods for new employees. Luneer rolled out an entrepreneurial operating system, streamlined interview processes, and optimized onboarding procedures. We implemented tools and systems to automate administrative tasks, standardize processes, and improve workflow efficiency. Our team provided executive support for handling inquiries and questions, managing emails and calendars, and setting up and managing productivity tools like Notion, Asana, and Hubstaff. Luneer enhanced Client N’s profitability and visibility by creating monitoring tools, conducting financial audits, and managing investor communications and distributions. Results Luneer's contributions yielded substantial results across various facets of operations: implementing over 20 SOP documents resulted in an estimated saving of 2 hours of training time per new hire. Utilizing training documents effectively saved 10 hours of training per employee. Effective project and account management for 10+ clients saved 40 hours per week and resolved a 2-month task backlog. Expert email and calendar management provided executive support, saving at least 2 hours per day and handling inquiries from employees, departments, and clients. Luneer enhanced profitability and visibility by conducting full audits of financial distributions and creating NACHA files for investor distributions. Overall, these efforts significantly increased team productivity and profitability while reducing time spent on administrative tasks and improving internal communication and collaboration.
