CHALLENGEs Client N faced challenges related to team communication, project management, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training for new employees, time management, calendar management, forecasting and reporting for finance, and overall team productivity and profitability. The company struggled with hundreds of hours spent on administrative and data entry tasks for critical internal documentation and tracking.
