We made customers' alerts in messengers and via SMS, developed a website with personal account functionality, and decided to develop a mobile application for regular customers. The application had the aim to be as the fastest and most effective way of communication with the client, to let solve all problems and learn about the condition of his cargo, while the possibilities of client support of the company significantly affect the costs of the company. After a detailed study using the design-thinking methodology, we have developed an application that covers the entire spectrum of the client's basic needs in one interface.
