Overview: The mission of the Si?gnij Nieba Foundation (Reach for the HEAVEN) is to promote the idea of helping people in need. We do this by disseminating information about the activities of our recommended missionary establishments providing charitable, caring, educational and humanitarian assistance to those most in need. Requirements Analysis: Audit the current Drupal 7 website to understand its structure, content types, modules, themes, and custom code. Identify features and functionalities that need to be retained, improved, or deprecated. Determine the goals for the new Drupal 10 site. Define key functionalities and business requirements for the new platform. Planning: Develop a detailed migration plan including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Decide on the migration approach. Prepare an inventory of content, users, and media assets. Clean up unused or redundant content and configurations.   Data Migration: Migrate content types, taxonomies, and custom fields from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. Use the Migrate API and other tools to facilitate data transfer. Migrate nodes, media, and other content entities. Validate migrated content to ensure accuracy and completeness.   Development: Install and configure necessary Drupal 10 modules. Redevelop custom modules or adapt them to Drupal 10 standards. Develop and adapt the site theme for Drupal 10. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Rebuild and adapt custom functionalities and features from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10.   Integration: Integrate the site with GetResponse (marketing automation platform). Integrate the site with a new payment gate.   Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure all functionalities meet the business requirements.   Post-Migration Support: Monitor the site post-launch for any issues.
