<p>Since 1978, our family-owned practice of third-generation Fresno State alumni has provided tax, accounting, and financial planning services to individuals and business of all sizes.</p><p>Irwin L. Keithly, Public Accountant, our firm\'s founder, purchased a tax practice in 1978.&nbsp; Irwin began working out of a small, quaint, West Avenue location.&nbsp; Then, over the next six years, the practice moved to three different locations.</p><p>After graduating from Fresno State in 1981 and subsequently passing the CPA Exam on her first attempt, Mary Ann (Keithly) Stites, Irwin’s youngest daughter, was hired by Arthur Young &amp; Company (Big 8 accounting firm). &nbsp;Mary Ann spent 1982 and 1983 gaining the audit, tax, accounting experience and knowledge necessary to catapult her next business venture.&nbsp; That business venture was joining the family business in 1984.&nbsp; Mary Ann purchased the practice in 1985. &nbsp;&nbsp;She also purchased another public accountant’s practice later that year. In order to further her professional skills and services available to clients, Mary Ann obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 1988.&nbsp;</p><p>The practice was steadily outgrowing their current location.&nbsp; With growth comes expansion, and that’s exactly what Mary Ann did.&nbsp; Instead of renting or purchasing a building, she decided to purchase land, design, and build her own.&nbsp; The building was constructed in 1991 and we’ve been there ever since.&nbsp; Throughout the years both Irwin and Marjorie Keithly worked tirelessly during tax season.&nbsp; Irwin worked in the office until 1998. &nbsp;Other family members have helped over the years in various capacities.&nbsp; Mary Ann purchased another certified public accountant’s practice in 2004.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>We are proud to call the Central Valley home.&nbsp; We are fortunate and forever grateful for our loyal and supportive clients, neighbors, and community.&nbsp; Without their support, trust, and reliance on our firm, we would not have surpassed our 40th&nbsp;anniversary.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
