By adding course upload and messaging functions through Moodle integration, we digitized the training processes and created an effective learning platform. Each badge had to be selected individually from a pool of a thousand, which was inefficient and frustrating for attendees. Solution We automated the name badge distribution process. By compiling a list of all participants, we enabled attendees to quickly retrieve their badges by simply stating their names.
