<p>To learn our clients’ needs, MBCG meets with prospective clients for a complimentary one-hour consultation. Next, an in-depth proposal detailing project’s measurable objectives is prepared and a mandate is set up. We offer a unique stage-based delivery of specific components of the project, allowing better visibility to the clients. Clients review the deliverables and sign-offs are provided. Our final report is an insightful and analytical document that serves our clients into the future. WHO WE ARE: We are a group of highly motivated young professionals currently pursuing Master of Business Administration, McGill University -Desautels Faculty of Management. Our mission is to continue MBCG\'s long tradition of partnering since 1983 in the success of the Montréal business community by providing high quality and innovative business consulting solutions .We have a diverse background with experience in Finance, Engineering, Talent Management and Operations.</p>
