About CBRE Zone CBRE originated in San Francisco in 1906. By the 1940s, the firm had become one of the largest commercial real estate services companies in the western United States. In the 1960s and 1970s, the company went public and expanded both its service portfolio and geographic reach, becoming a full-service provider with a growing presence throughout the United States. In the 1980s, the firm was owned by Sears, Roebuck. Challenge Mobile Reality was responsible for developing the ZONE platform for the CBRE company. We provided them with mobile and web development to create a system integrating document repositories, Tableau Products, ADFS authorization, news, group permissions, personal calendar, and advanced data analytics – graph, maps, and table. We were responsible for the whole process, from creating UI and setting up AWS infrastructure through development to maintenance. Main goals We were responsible for end-to-end product web&mobile development and releasing systems to the market. And our target group was CBRE Spain enterprise clients and the whole organization, all CBRE Spain employees. Solutions The solution we provided was with technologies of React.jS, React Native, Node.JS, AWS, Tableau, AmCharts, Terraform, advanced custom permission module, and documents repository. The parts of the project were the scope of the project clarification, UX/UI designing phase, DevOps engineering setting up the infrastructure, backend development, iOS development, and app launch and maintenance. About DESA Locum DESA Locum was created based on the latest trends, innovations, and customer demand. We have up-to-date and reliable data, thanks to which we have created a safe, comfortable, and effective space for investing in real estate, corresponding to the dynamic situation in the market. As experts in the industry, DESA Locum accompanies sellers and buyers at every stage of the auction process-from the presentation of the offer, through promotional activities, to the completion of the transaction. Challenge The challenge for the DESA Locum project was the design and implementation of a website with a user panel (registration/login) and at the same time to be integrated with https://www.auctionmobility.com/ website so that after registering in desalocum.pl an account was created in the auction platform. Main goals The main goal was to place a promotional page, desalocum.pl, and build an MVP platform for real estate auctions by integrating it with another website. Also, the goal of DESA Locum was to create the design and a user panel for registration and login and the integration with the auctionmobility website. Solutions The main solution we provided was the creation of an administration panel for managing users and their access to auctions and the integration with https://www.auctionmobility.com/ website so that after registering in desalocum.pl an account was created in the auction platform. About TURO TURO is a team of experts in engineering, documentation coordination, and data administration. Our work reduces execution errors, costs, and misinformation, and the entire investment's unified and digital post-execution documentation is prepared at the end. Challenge We were responsible for creating a system consisting of two parts: the administration panel and the panel for the business user. We've also had to develop a plan that was tasked to convert using 3rd party services DWG files to SVG files and visualize them on your system. Visualizations must be interactive to allow users to go through all levels of a construction project, i.e., a block or a football stadium. In addition, the system has a built-in File Repository that would allow users to manage the documentation of each intruded construction. Main goals The assigned task was to create an administration panel, business user panel, investment File Repository, interactive investment map, and PDF file management module. Solutions The solution we provided was the ergonomic modes of the program which would allow easy access to the always up-to-date documentation of a given element while having access to inter-branch coordination. We’ve also moved away from traditional data folders. So the documentation would be available directly from the building map, eliminating the problem of searching for current drawings and descriptions. Summary We’ve created a web app dedicated to managing more considerable real estate investments and all related technical documents, with the outstanding function of visualization of DWG technical projects in web applications.
