DESCRIPTION Heikonaut.de is a small and lovely project from our longtime partner and client Anschlaege.de CHALLENGES The client wanted to have a clean, simple, and friendly website. Nothing too much and elegant. He provided us with all the information needed to deliver it. SOLUTIONS The website was done within a few days from scratch. Our designer used our own WordPress Template and then we made the front-end and back-end in the next few days. IMPACTS The client was happy to get the work and we continue to cooperate on several other projects together.
DESCRIPTION StepBuy.dk - is the online discounter for all services within Denmark with the expansion plan to the whole Scandinavian area. The client was clear in what he wants, the use cases were missing totally, and the project had a very Agile style. Everything was done on the way after each sprint. Today the website is one of the biggest on the Danish market and appreciated both for its listed deals and the great UX & UI. CHALLENGES There was not a single document written by the client on what exactly he needs. It was an ultra Agile project with daily sprints and iterations. SOLUTIONS However, the project was delivered on time and without deviations, due to a very clear Project management communication with the client and based on the experience we have in working in such cases with our clients. IMPACTS The website was delivered in time and today is one of the biggest on the Danish market with a constant growth and appreciation from the clients and their competitors, for the great listed deals and the superb design and usability.
DESCRIPTION E-Medicus.ch - Die kostengünstige eHealth-Komplettlösung aus der Cloud. We create this website from scratch for our Swiss client, cooperation on all levels, on design, development, newsletter, brochures and further maintenance on demand. CHALLENGES The client was not sure what exactly they need, therefore there were lots of iterations on design, specifically. The second challenge was the lack of instant communication from the client. SOLUTIONS These challenges were successfully passed, due to the Project Management team and experience in communicating with clients. IMPACTS The client was happy and order the second website, for another medical project in Switzerland.

DESCRIPTION The team behind Mobiteam.de is the one that created the well-known online company Teslathemes.com from zero. We made the design, which is today on its 3rd generation. All the visual aspects and elements are done by our team, including the social and marketing materials. Obviously, we created all the 72 Premium WordPress Themes. To ensure a secure, professional and pleasant experience for our clients, we also developed from scratch the TeslaFramework. All the themes have incorporated latest technologies, all being fully responsive, SEO ready and Speed optimized. We sold (made an exit) the project to Imagely LLC from the USA in June 2017. Since then, the new owner, which is a huge player in the industry, is taking care of the business, but we continue to create the themes for them on request. We know WordPress by heart and love it. CHALLENGES We had to enter an ultra-competitive market of WordPress themes in 2013, when the market was full. And we made it. In only 1,5 years we were profitable. By 2016 we were in Top 20 globally for WordPress Premium Theme Clubs. SOLUTIONS Our team of 14 designers, developers, marketers, and support guys, applied all the latest technologies and expertise to make it big. And we did it in 1,5 years - when we hit the profitability. IMPACTS In only 3 years after the launch, we become one of the most recognized brands in the WordPress community. Therefore, in June 2017, TeslaThemes was acquired by Imagely LLC, which is a heavy-weight player in the WordPress market.
