The Challenges We assisted Moonhub to further improve the following: Limited Content Support: The platform could not handle immersive content like VR and 3D models. User Management: There were limited options for managing users and their access. Lack of Analytics: The platform didn’t provide enough data on user progress or engagement. This EU regulation, effective January 17, 2025, harmonises operational resilience standards across financial institutions and ICT service providers. The main objectives were: - Integrating Nemesis’s scenario-based testing results into DORA compliance documentation. - Providing automatically generated reports and placeholders for customers to customise. - Developing DORA-specific scenarios to address technical requirements mandated by the regulation. Our team collaborated closely to deliver a solution that would enhance the operational resilience of financial institutions while meeting the client’s deadlines for major milestones. DORA-Specific Scenarios and Reporting - Developed representative scenarios for customers to test resilience against DORA-mandated threats. - Integrated scenario testing results with compliance documentation, providing placeholders for custom content. 2. New UI Design Kit Implementation - Leveraged the Figma UI design kit and Lucide Design Components to ensure consistency with Nemesis’s existing UI. - Incorporated responsive, user-friendly elements using Chakra UI for seamless interaction. 3. Incremental Development Approach - Adopted a Scrum methodology for weekly progress updates and alignment. - Replaced JIRA with hands-on collaboration and weekly meetings to streamline communication and minimise bureaucracy. 4. Scalable Frontend and Backend Enhancements Frontend: - Delivered essential UI components for Tabs, Steps, File Manager, and Article Pages. - Ensured all screens were validated and quality-assured. Backend: - Developed robust APIs for new features, including evidence document uploads and DORA report exports. - Integrated a “dummy” server for initial testing and validation. Key Results Wizard - UI and backend functionality for DORA assessment creation. - Dummy server integration for demonstration purposes. Dashboard - Developed the Company Profile Screen, File Manager, and Article Page with full functionality. - Integrated DORA report export and evidence reporting features.
