DimeTyd is an innovative fintech platform designed to help Amazon vendors recover lost profits caused by accounting discrepancies. Using a logic-based automated system, DimeTyd analyzes up to five years of financial data to identify and reclaim lost revenue. It also implements preventive tools to reduce future financial losses, ensuring sustained profitability. The Challenge As an emerging player in the fintech space, DimeTyd needed to carve out a distinct identity in a highly competitive market. The brand faced a dual challenge: Establishing credibility with investors to secure funding. Communicating value to Amazon marketplace vendors who needed clarity and confidence in DimeTyd’s offering. Elcom International, a leading provider of electromechanical and electronic components since 1981, partnered with Multia to streamline their brand identity and online presence. With a focus on clarity and impact, our team tackled the challenge of presenting complex industrial solutions to a diverse audience.  Through collaborative efforts, we transformed Elcom’s website into a user-friendly platform that effectively communicates their capabilities. By leveraging engaging visuals and clear messaging, we showcased Elcom’s commitment to providing powerful solutions for the industrial and renewable power sectors. We aimed to create a design for Elcom that is clean, modern, and timeless. For typography, we opted for a sleek look, choosing Nohemi for headings and Inter for body text. Both are sans-serif fonts, but Nohemi's distinct character sets it apart for headings.  The original Elcom color palette consisted of blue and white. To enhance the brand experience, we added a lighter shade of blue, a darker blue, neon green for contrast on dark backgrounds, and a light grey. A major highlight of the project was the "Product Finder" feature, a new functionality designed to help users filter and find products easily across Elcom’s diverse catalog. The implementation was a challenge, but our team succeeded in making it smooth and user-friendly.  Additionally, we crafted a unique B2C microsite for Elcom’s consumer product line, Powerstrip, to spotlight their direct-to-consumer offerings. When Battery Smart, India’s largest battery-swapping network for electric two- and three-wheelers, came to us, they had a clear vision: they wanted a website that was truly hatke—something different that would set them apart. This wasn’t just about putting together a few pages; it was about creating a digital experience that felt as unique as their mission to revolutionize EV adoption. We rolled up our sleeves and dove in. From the very first conversation, we knew this project would need a lot more than a typical approach. It meant designing custom illustrations—no shortcuts, no stock images. Each illustration had to tell a story, capturing the essence of what Battery Smart stands for. And we did just that, pouring in hours upon hours to make sure every visual felt right, every detail had a purpose. It wasn’t always easy—there were late nights, long calls, and plenty of back-and-forths to make sure the website matched their vision. But for us, that’s where the magic happens. We obsessed over each element, tweaking layouts, perfecting animations, and making sure that every click and scroll delivered an experience that felt seamless and engaging. And none of this would have been possible without Battery Smart’s constant feedback and valuable inputs. Their insights helped shape the website, ensuring that every element aligned with their goals and resonated with their audience. The result? Despite their impressive capabilities, their previous website misrepresented them as a product-based manufacturer rather than the end-to-end service provider they truly are. This misalignment created confusion, diluted their brand message, and attracted low-quality leads. Our challenge was to reposition Sunsure Energy through a complete website overhaul, one that would clearly communicate their role as a strategic partner, not just a vendor. The old site lacked clarity, structure, and storytelling. Key messages about their consultative approach, technical expertise, and project execution were buried or missing, making it difficult for potential clients to understand the full scope of Sunsure’s value. Unlike many tech-first SaaS platforms that emphasize automation and efficiency, TTRAA came in with a bold perspective—one that emphasized empathy, storytelling, and emotional resonance.
