A challange was to migrate existing BAT Russia (myglo.ru) ecommerce to Magento 2 platform. This migration was necessary because of need to speed-up performance, implement new BAT security guidelines and enrich ecom with world-wide functionality. Among other things we've done: — product listing with facet filters; — 3PL warehouse integration with live stock statuses; — age verification via selfie & passport; — SMS-auth and order status messages; — cart with product recommendations dependable of customer purchase history and devices registration; — free delivery hints; — boutique & stores map, quick taxi order, map routing. With the migration to Magento 2 shop cut it's average page load time 3 times, average server response time - in 5 times. Unilever is a British FMCG company that sells its products in over 190 countries. Another noteworthy feature is that they control over 400 brands, implying significant risk diversification as well as a wide range of items, including food, personal care products, and cleaning chemicals. Twelve of these brands, in fact, have annual sales of more than a billion euros. We Mygento have been successfully partnered with Unilever for quite a while now, and that includes the handling of Magento Commerce Cloud B2B platform project. This Unilever project has walked a long collaboration road, and we are sure that the best is yet to come! Through responsible practices and open communication, we are devoted to developing trust. Unilever's mission, as stated on their website, is to foster consumer loyalty, hence their image and B2B customers portal are extremely crucial to them. The Unilever project was created to make the process of purchasing products fast and, most importantly, accessible to customers and partners 24/7. By Unilever project means retail outlets can connect with new distributors, place orders, track special offers, and monitor the status of delivery of products to stores. B2B customers portal allows retail outlets to place orders at any convenient time, receive up-to-date assortment information in a catalog, where goods and prices are specifically personalized for each client; and save time on creating recurring orders. The work of distributors is also improving: by simplifying and automating business processes, distributor sales representatives can focus on communication and expanding their customer base. The delivery rollout included updating the Magento version to the latest one, reengineering the portal architecture and optimizing the logic of the database, ERP integration, and increasing performance both on desktop and mobile applications, processing the logic of the personal account, shopping cart, ordering and 24/7 SLA maintenance, to name a few. We are extremely proud of Mygento team that once again demonstrated the ability to overcome any challenge, constantly striving for excellence. Therefore, Mygento started with migrating the store from Opencart to Magento 2, and then integrated it with ASUS global eComm infrastructure, ERP, CRM systems, distributors' payment gateways, GTM etc. which allowed receiving advanced data analytics in the future. The strategy was a blueprint for success in a fast-changing industry, with the objective of providing customers with a connected, simplified experience across all channels. More updates: * Implemented a multi-stock feature that allows buying items from a distributor if it is not available on the official stock. At the same time, there is no need to browse all of different distributors' sites looking for one item - all products and their availability, both on the official stock and from distributors, are displayed on one official website. * Connected 3 credit services that provide convenient credit and installment services, and a credit application can be filled directly on the ASUS website. * Implemented integration with the PIM system, which systematized the description of goods and their images with the site and store. * Aligned trading process with the Federal Law #152 on Personal Data. ASUS site user data is now protected from unauthorized use. Implemented masking, view counters, administrator notification, and a blocking function. * Integrated the international GDPR API system, designed to give users the possibility to control the privacy of their data online, allowing upon customer's request to stop processing their personal data, deleting it throughout the global network. * Connected an SMSC gateway. This function notifies customers about the arrival of a new product and ongoing promotions in no time. * Implemented integration with CPA networks that automatically accumulate offers and suggest them to their webmaster database. * Implemented a custom loyalty program, which has different levels, a different number of points accrual (depending on the level). The program allows you to accumulate bonus points and spend them on purchases. * Implemented integration with the service of fiscal receipts. * Introduced integration with the ASUS global SSO system, allowing to store information about all user accounts in one place, prevents the possibility of losing customer data, making the transfer of workflows to one interface. Asus has quickly established itself as one of the global leaders in e- commerce. The new application, which is based on significant research into how customers interact with Asus products, takes the brand's online presence beyond traditional retail models and provides a cleaner, more directed digital commerce experience. Asus has created an experience engine that provides consumers with extraordinary value at every encounter, setting the standard for digital innovation in both B2C and B2B.
