This is an E-commerce cosmetic shop based in Switzerland. The website is built using the Prestashop e-commerce platform.  The website had a lot of issues that were negatively affecting the client. Most of the payment methods did not work, and customers were not able to purchase products and receive them without any issues.  The project had multiple issues:  The payment system was not working  Update of Prestashop to 1.7.8.6 Module updates and bug fixes Design related issues Move to a new theme for better UI/UX Integration of new payment methods (e.g. postfinance, twint, etc.) Our task was to install a new theme which would give the website a fresh look and better redesign.  During the work, our development team offers some functionality that will increase customer flow and get approval. Afterward, we created functionality.  The first function was the Search button on the top. It helps customers to navigate easily and save time. The second one was an analytical tool. Our team integrated the analytical tool for having the best and right analytics. While the customer searches for the desired category or product, our analytical tool conducts the data. As a result, it shows which product people search for more, want more, which product attracts them more, and so on. The correct analytics also help warehouse management. This website is based in four languages. Design and development of the Workspace Collaboration Tool and Impact Management and Measurement Framework for ImpactAim Venture Accelerator.  The platform connects startups with mentors, experts, and the ImpactAim management team. It enables the editing of different users as well as the creation of workshops, meetings, and events. The platform also lets you create tutorials, which are step-by-step instructions for using the tool. It also includes a measurement tool that gives startups a score based on a series of questions. The platform provides analytics based on registered users and their actions. The project's work began with the creation of technical documentation. The client came up with the business case idea, and our first mission was to turn it into a detailed project. The business requirement was to have an all in one platform, that would aggregate functionalities of different platforms, and help them to make the user management easier and faster.  Our team suggested a solution for building an all-in-one web platform that saves people time and money. Our combined solution aided the management team because now all projects and tasks are on the same platform, eliminating the need to use a variety of tools and locations to store the projects. Development, staging, and live environments were built in AWS with cutting-edge technology. Agile methodology was used to develop the project (Scrum). In collaboration with the client, the following actions were carried out.
