The depth and breadth of experience includes everything from sales and service advocates, to your account and executive management teams.\r\n\r\nOur management team played an instrumental role in developing contact center capabilities locally and globally by holding leadership roles in companies such as First Data Resources, Convergys, Carlson Companies, WATS Marketing, Matrixx Marketing, and Sitel.
