O’Neill Defence aims to provide a client centred approach to preparing your defence. We take the view that, while you are coming to us for our knowledge and expertise, the solicitor and client must work together with an open and honest relationship to allow us to secure the best possible outcome in the case.Peter O’Neill founded O’Neill Defence in 2022 after having practiced solely in Criminal defence since he graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2007. Peter is well known and respected throughout the country, having appeared in almost every court in Scotland throughout his 15-year career.
