Ohp Data Center

The OHP data center was launched by UKRNAMES in the fall of 2012, becoming the largest public data center in eastern Ukraine. About 8 months have passed from the start of design to the actual launch of the data center. First of all, the company's own services, virtual hosting services, VDS leased by clients of the server and IP address networks were transferred to the new technical site. A lot of debugging work has been carried out, which has now allowed us to switch to a stable mode of operation of the data center.

The total area of ??the OHP data center is more than 200 sq.m. The premises of the data center consist of 3 machine rooms and 2 rooms for staff.

The data center has two independent power inputs from different substations. In case of failure of any of the inputs, the system will automatically switch to the second input of power supply. The design capacity of the OHP data center is 100 kW.

The OHP data center is equipped with a diesel generator, with an automatic start system in case of failure of the main power supply inputs.

The air conditioning and fire extinguishing system works in N + 1 mode - with a constantly working standard air conditioning system in reserve mode, there is a spare system that is ready to go into operation at any time.

The building where the OHP data center is located is under round-the-clock protection; the work of the internal data center systems is monitored around the clock by the company's on-duty personnel. The interior of the data center is equipped with a biometric access control system.

Several separate internet providers are connected to the OHP data center with a total channel capacity of more than 20 Gb / s. The data center has inclusions in traffic exchange points - UA-IX, Cloud-IX, KH-IX, GigaNet, Dtel-IX, MSK-IX, SPB-IX, AMS-IX, DE-CIX, LinX as well as direct parity with Triolan providers and ITL. The data center actively uses the modern IPv6 Internet addressing system.
