Weekly Commitments & Reflections Once a goal is set, users define small weekly action steps. At week’s end, they reflect on progress and plan next steps—all within the mobile interface. Coach Admin Panel Built on Flutter Web, the admin panel lets coaches create groups, invite users, and monitor every commitment and reflection in a single dashboard—eliminating spreadsheets and manual follow-ups. We delivered the UX/UI design in Figma and are actively developing the web platform using Flutter, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. With features like tagging, credit-based AI usage, and coming-soon team features, Majykri is built to scale with researchers' needs - from solo PhD students to large institutions.
ElevateHealth is a digital health platform that helps users take control of their well-being by replacing traditional paperwork with one smart app. Built for both patients and doctors, the app allows users to track multiple body systems (like heart, brain, respiratory), keep a food diary, schedule visits, and upload test results—all in one place. We were responsible for the entire product cycle: Full UX/UI design based on accessibility and clarity Cross-platform mobile development Backend development using FastAPI Admin panel with React and Chart.js for visual data tracking The app includes real-time sync, role-based access, and doctor support features. Medical professionals can monitor patient progress and offer advice directly through the platform. The result is a fully scalable solution that simplifies communication, enhances accuracy, and improves the daily healthcare experience. The collaboration lasted approximately 22 weeks (November 2024 – March 2025), and included iterative releases with feature rollouts like the content module and reporting tools. ElevateHealth is now being used in real healthcare workflows and continues to expand.
Circletalk is a mobile app that helps people with disabilities stay connected with their support network. The goal was to make daily coordination easier—less paperwork, more clarity, and real-time updates between participants and their supporters. We handled both design and development. Our team started with UX/UI to make sure the app was clean, easy to use, and accessible—even for older users or those with cognitive challenges. Then we built the app in Flutter and used Firebase to power real-time sync, secure logins, and cloud storage. Some key features: Two types of users: participant and supporter Share notes, progress, and activities in real time Generate reports in PDF with one tap Invite supporters via secure email link Works offline, syncs when back online The best part People actually enjoy using it. We developed a smooth, multiplayer experience with real-time chat, smart matchmaking, and engaging features like replay sharing. With seamless Firebase integration and continuous updates, Teamword keeps evolving while staying true to its mission—bringing people together through play.
Anki Buddy – AI-powered flashcards in seconds Studying medicine is tough, but creating effective study materials shouldn’t be. Anki Buddy transforms lecture notes and PDFs into Anki flashcards in under a minute, making learning faster and more efficient. We designed a clean, intuitive interface that simplifies flashcard generation, helping students focus on what matters—mastering their material. What started as an MVP quickly gained traction, evolving into a full-scale product used by medical students across the UK and beyond.

The Rogo team decided to change the development team because they no longer trusted the previous one. And we had to prove through our hard work and dedication that we were trustworthy. We got this project at a stage where another company had done most of the functionality, but the client wasn't happy. So, we had to test every corner of the app, fix everything that could be fixed, and implement some new features. Many developers will tell you that it's easier to rewrite the entire project, but we couldn't afford that. So, we had to work with what we got. And we developed an admin panel for our client to control everything in the app.
