<p>Optimus&nbsp;SBR was built on a simple but powerful premise: Let’s build a consulting organization where we would want to work; our employees come first, culture is key, and our clients would love to work with us. This idea has blossomed into an entirely new way of&nbsp;thinking.</p><p>Since its inception, Optimus&nbsp;SBR has understood that the success of the firm was dependent on creating a positive and engaging work environment. Our journey began in November 2010 when Optimus Consulting Group and Kemerer Group Inc. came together to acquire SBR&nbsp;Global. Optimus&nbsp;SBR hit the ground running with 30&nbsp;employees, focusing on our core strengths in financial services, energy, and health care. Through hard work, perseverance, and a little bit of luck, Optimus&nbsp;SBR began down the path to establish itself as a firm that gets the job done. We judge strategy by execution&nbsp;– ideas only make an impact if they inspire&nbsp;action.</p><p>From 2012 to 2016, we underwent an ambitious acquisition journey with the purchase of four firms. It began with the expansion of our health care practice through the acquisition of RWS. We then grew our public sector practice via the purchases of KeyWillow Consulting, PMC and SEG Management Consultants.</p><p>The acquisition of BottomLine Group in 2017 marked a new chapter in our history. As leaders in the learning &amp; enablement and travel space, BottomLine Group opened up new service offerings for us and led the charge into new markets. As our largest acquisition to date, BottomLine Group served as a catalyst for a series of changes in our organization that helped to set the stage for the&nbsp;future.</p>
