WHO IS ELISA Elisa, a leading telecommunications company in Finland and Estonia needed the full digital package to sell its products and services. WHAT WE DID Therefore they contacted Opus, because a complete solution is where we excel. We created a distinct site that almost every Estonian knows about, an easy to manage eCommerce solution and a self-service portal for Elisa's clients. OUR COLLABORATION Between 2010 -2017 we partnered with Elisa to constantly strive to enhance the website on a daily basis, updating where necessary to meet growing demand and expectations. THE RESULT Because of constant improvements, our web store has recieved a lot of public recognition, resulting in the biggest private client base since 2015, said the CEO of Elisa.
WHO IS SEB SEB, being one of the largest banks in Scandinavia, serves more than 5 million of companies and private customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia and Latvia, as well as numerous other countries all over Europe. OUR COLLABORATION Opus has partnered with SEB for over 5 years. Having successfully delivered exquisite design for their corporate site and mobile app, the bank knew who to trust with UI development services for SEB's digital banking solution. WHAT WE DID Using industry best practices, we designed the UI according to the image the bank wants to leave to its clients. While in the coding phase, we made sure that the end product was optimized for the clients to use through extensive end-user testing. WHAT WAS THE RESULT And once again, the client was pleased with our work, strengthening our relationship even further. The outcome of the particular project has been an outstanding success, gaining significant positive recognition by the bank’s customers locally and abroad. A solid proof of that is the fact that the finished product was deemed the best digital banking solution in Estonia, according to Global Finance.
WHERE DID IT START After numerous frustrating attempts with difficult and confusing weight loss plans, the team of what's now known as DietBooster, had an idea. They started working with scientific advisors from Estonian Universities on various topics (f.x. dietary advice, cognitive behavioral therapy, computer algorithms, etc.) to improve the current dieting systems. But what they lacked was the know-how of getting their idea out there through a visually pleasing and fun to use mobile application and website. Luckily they contacted us, and what was once just a really good idea, became an innovative weight loss startup venture with plenty of success to show for itself. OUR COLLABORATION We started off by assisting the startup establish a digital marketing strategy. Then, in our sessions of strategic and conceptual consultation, we moved on from advising DietBooster in creating a working user experience design plan to laying out our ideas on several key aspect of the system software development. WHAT OPUS DELIVERED We then proceeded to deliver them a complete end-to-end website solution and a mobile app that got people using their digital product. In addition, we also took upon ourselves every design aspect of the solution and coded all of their IT systems. The result is a fast moving company that has huge market potential, thanks to opting for a thorough solution that gave us the possibility to bring out the best ideas and expertise from many specialists in our company.
