Osambit developed an Inbound Audit Management & Supplier Chargebacks System using a microservices architecture to optimize inbound inventory flow and supplier chargeback processes. The system seamlessly handled Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) and Purchase Orders (PO), integrating data from Warehouse Management System (WMS) audit stations to process audit signals. Key functionalities included: Inbound Inventory Flow Management: Captured and processed data from inbound shipments for real-time tracking and validation.  Audit Signal Processing: Automated audit signal handling from WMS stations to identify discrepancies or compliance issues.  Chargeback Calculation: Dynamically calculated supplier chargebacks based on discrepancies identified during audits, ensuring accuracy per ASN and PO.  Accounting Integration: Emitted chargeback data to the accounting department for further financial processing.  The microservices design provided scalability and fault tolerance while ensuring modular functionality. This solution improved operational efficiency, enhanced accountability, and streamlined supplier chargeback workflows.

This project focused on creating a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to optimize the organization, storage, and retrieval of large-scale media assets. Designed to handle high-resolution images and videos, the platform offered advanced search features, metadata tagging, and efficient content distribution, ensuring a seamless user experience for managing digital media collections. Osambit developed a Warehouse Ticket Printing System for Value-Added Services (VAS) using a microservices architecture. Designed to handle over 1 million ticket print requests monthly, the system ensures efficient and accurate printing operations across the client’s supply chain. By offering solar-powered products on a pay-as-you-go model, it enables households and small businesses to transition from costly, polluting energy sources like kerosene to clean solar energy. This transition not only lowers energy expenses but also enhances health and safety by eliminating the hazards of traditional fuels.
