To address this, OWDT partnered with NRG Park’s internal marketing team to understand their brand strategy and user experience. Recommendations included a dynamic and interactive event page, an aggregated social media page, and a dynamic FAQ page with an intelligent web-application for question submission. OWDT developed a user-centric design that captured the experiences at NRG Park’s five facilities using Interactive Modular Navigation Blocks (IMNB) and the Modular Event Display Tool (MEDT) to enable easy navigation, event browsing, and ticket purchasing.
