What followed were years of freelance work, early wins and painful failures, and eventually senior QA roles inside real companies with real pressure.</p><p>That path led deeper&nbsp;— into banking, KYC/KYB systems, crypto regulation, and complex integrations.</p><p>But along the way, one thing became painfully obvious: non-technical founders were constantly being misled, overcharged, and confused by “experts.”</p><p>“We’re not here to sell hype. We’re here to protect people who don\'t speak tech.”</p><p>This is why Pavlov Group exists. Not to compete with agencies, but to challenge them — by offering non-tech founders and small teams something rare: honesty, structure, and results that make sense.</p>
