Founded in 1987 by Peter Muserlian, Sr., our company has established its business in evaluating commercial real estate opportunities in which long-term value can be created that will contribute to the overall success of the region.

Pemco Group is an experienced real estate developer of both new construction and repurposed commercial projects including medical and corporate office, industrial-flex, mixed use, retail center, and hotel.
