Pickaweb was created by founders Tony Messer & Pilar Torres Wahlberg back in 1999. As one of the UK’s first web hosting providers we have grown to host tens of thousands of websites. Our aim is simple; to offer the service we would want ourselves - power, reliability & security but backed up by a personal level of expert service around the clock - instant, expert support when you need it.rnWhen we started out we just couldn’t get the level of support that we needed from the various hosting companies we tried. We felt that if we had a question or an issue that needed attention “send us an email & we’ll get back to you when we can” or “thank you for waiting, you are 5th in the queue” was not the level of service we needed.rnrnWhen you are starting out cost matters & we wanted a great host with great, knowledgeable support. We wanted a helping hand & we couldn’t get it....
