The vote weight of each wallet is proportionate to the amount of Rise it contains. The more Rise you have in your wallet, the more ‘voting power’ you have. Voting has a fee of 1 Rise and you can only vote for one Delegate per wallet. Elected active Delegates are rewarded for running nodes to secure the network.
