Problem Statement Single Point, a working capital solutions leader, faced challenges with cumbersome invoice and funding processes. The existing system lacked efficiency, making it difficult for users to submit invoices and apply for funding. The credit check process was slow and costly, increasing underwriting expenses. Solution Plaxonic partnered with Single Point to develop a streamlined Web and Mobile Application suite. Our goal was to reduce underwriting costs and enhance the user experience through advanced document processing and credit rating functionalities. Approach Web and Mobile-Apps Engine: Using Node.js and React.js, we created an engine for seamless invoice submission and document scanning. Credit Check System: Designed with Node.js (RESTful APIs) and MongoDB, reducing underwriting costs. Document Scanning: Integrated OpenCV and TensorFlow for quick, accurate scanning. Delhi Jal Board (DJB) struggled with pollution reduction using traditional dosing systems, which couldn't effectively lower BOD and TSS levels and lacked real-time monitoring. DJB needed an AI-based solution to automate and optimize dosing, provide real-time monitoring, and offer insights for improved plant health, efficiency, and better pollution reduction. Problem Statement Delhi Jal Board (DJB) struggled to reduce pollution with traditional dosing systems, which failed to lower BOD and TSS levels and lacked real-time monitoring. DJB required an AI-based solution to automate dosing, provide real-time monitoring, and offer insights for enhanced plant health, efficiency, and improved pollution reduction. How Did We Help Our company Plaxonic worked with DJB to create an Intelligent Self-Administered and Self-Monitored Automatic Chemical (ISASMAC) dosing system. This system was engineered with AI/ML technology to not only adjust the dosing of coagulant with the flow, but also predict maintenance requirements. Our solution also integrated IoT devices to collect real-time data from the dosing system and other plant equipment, and provided an intuitive dashboard to monitor the system's health and utilization. Our Approach Our team followed a collaborative approach with DJB to understand their requirements and challenges. We then designed an end-to-end solution that included hardware, software, and IoT integration. We used agile methodologies to develop and deploy the solution in DJB plants. We developed a software system that would connect the dosing system along with the health information of all the electrical & mechanical devices at a common platform. The software system was customized and configured as per the requirements of DJB and incorporated features for its integration with the relevant modules of at the plants and of laboratories such as OIML, LIMS, etc. The software system has the following features: IoT device integration for real-time monitoring of dosing system data, including health condition of E&M devices, asset knowledge, and AI-based-analytics. Monitoring system units, health and utilization of the dosing system and critical assets with an intuitive, color-coded dashboard. Historical plant health and system utilization charts to provide insights into how the system is performing over time. Calculation of the reduction in pollution load after intervention of dosing and oxygen requirements in the aeration tank to neutralize the pollution load. Energy Savings Calculator for calculating the electrical savings. Fetching operational parameters like SVI, Sludge age, etc., on the basis of DJB’s Laboratory analysis and suggesting measures for better treatment required after dosing. AI-based dosing pattern suggestions for better pollution load reduction. Preventive maintenance plan with records of preventive maintenance and repairs done and advanced alarm system. Tools & Technologies The smart dosing system developed by Plaxonic utilizes the following technologies: Internet of Things (IoT) - To connect and communicate with various devices in the dosing system and to enable real-time monitoring and data sharing. Machine Learning (ML) - To analyze the dosing data and predict the best dosing patterns and also predict the maintenance required in the system. Big Data & Analytics - To handle large volumes of dosing data, perform data analysis, and generate insights that can be used to optimize the dosing system and reduce pollution load. Artificial Intelligence (AI) - To enable AI-driven health scoring and report generation, as well as AI-based calculations for better pollution load reduction. The tech stack used for the development of the smart dosing system and software includes: Web - Next.js and Tailwind CSS for developing the web application API - Node.js for building the API layer, MongoDB for database management, and Apache ZooKeeper for distributed coordination and configuration management IoT controller - MQTT for controlling the IoT devices in the system. Database - MongoDB and InfluxDB for storing and managing the system and sensor data. Redis for caching. Data Analytics - Kafka, Python DevOps - Kubernetes for container orchestration and GitLab CI/CD for continuous integration and delivery. Project Management - Click-up The Result After four months of implementation, the system was successfully able to reduce the BOD and TSS levels to well below the targeted values of 10 PPM. The system recorded an average of 5 PPM BOD and 8 PPM TSS levels. With real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, the system was able to improve the overall plant health and efficiency. DJB was highly satisfied with the outcome and plans to deploy the solution in more of its plants in the future.

The platform aimed to help users analyze, plan, monitor, and reflect on their learning and physical activity data. Introduction We started the project in May 2018. An online store for wellness products, HerbalCart is a firm believer of organic products, hence, ensures each of its product is formulated using natural ingredients only. Unlike other healthy supplements companies, HerbalCart deals in a limited number of supplements to closely monitor their authenticity. Customers from around the world can easily shop for 100% natural products to enhance their health in terms of beauty, weight loss, skincare, sleep, stress, and love life. Client's Expectations An attractive website that doesn’t resemble the usual dull online stores was the first & foremost expectation on the client’s wish list. Competing with the world’s most popular brands in terms of the user interface, product description, presentation, and marketing was his main purpose. Secure payment transactions and the right to access the product order details were other important expectations. Also, custom review functionality was required. Challenges The client was very particular about his choice of colors for product packaging and wanted an appropriate color combination on the product details page. Even a slight difference in color tone was not on his mind. Besides this, creating coupon system management with bundles functionality was not at all a smooth sailing task. Moving on further, integrating the newsletter with the email marketing tool was demanding too. For uninterrupted shopping experience from check-in to check-out, a secure payment gateway was needed. Furthermore, content to be worked upon had to be strictly as per the US market and in favor of the products USPs apart from being SEO-friendly. Strategy & Approach We provided access for the admin to modify the content through CMS. Because customers of every mindset share comments & feedback for the products, a custom review functionality on all products page was created that allowed the admin to approve the valid reviews and disapprove the false & invalid ones. The message feature was created for timely and transparent communication between the customers and admin. Our Process The client had an existing website, hence, we explored it for better understanding. Our team found that blogs of various categories were posted randomly and appropriate segregation was missing. For an organized blog page, we created suitable categories and updated the blogs accordingly. Our content team created new, unique and SEO-friendly content, whereas, graphics team worked upon captivating infographics, compelling explainer videos, and standard product labeling. Introduction WonkCoin came to us in May 2018 with a concept focused on cryptocurrency. Allowing users to conduct manual and peer to peer transactions, it is the client’s own digital currency. Also, users can store the coins, exchange them with each other and track their previous records. Client's Expectations The client wanted WonkCoin to establish its own identity and expected us to create a website that’s ultra-modern, current up to date, custom coded on everything and extremely efficient and fast. Challenges Owing to the complex genre of cryptocurrency, the project had its share of challenges for our team. Though their list is a bit long, some of the most efforts investing ones are compiled below: Echeck API integration of Green Money was in no way a piece of cake due to the strict standards & guidelines of the company. WonkCoin provides its users with a payment system via integration of the Echeck API of the third party. Since the user's details are sensitive, encrypting their data whenever they buy, sell or share the coins was the job on our shoulders and required integration of tokenization for data security. Worked as per PCI Compliance management and provided the security layer via HTTPS, encryption methods. Strategy & Approach Our team was geared up to face the challenges confidently and channelized their minds and skills in the right direction. Keeping everything into consideration, a blueprint was created as per the client’s expectations from the project. A secure & validated tokenization system was incorporated using standard security practices to protect sensitive details. Moreover, the encryption algorithm to check & store user details along with sign-up and sign-in was also implemented. Our Process Since nothing regarding the design and development was definite from the client’s end, we designed the website using our own ideas and creativity. Understanding the subject of WonkCoin and exploring related websites, we created a blueprint, shared it with the client and turned it into reality in the form of a sleek and clean website that appeals with its friendly interface and simple navigation.
