Overview About Preferred Service

Preferred Service is a second generation family business originally established in November 1981 by Jack and Dorothy Peterson. Preferred Service started from humble beginnings in a small office at the Vancouver Airport, driven by Jack’s emphases on customer service.  Preferred Service has grown with multiple offices across Western Canada plus a successful network of agents both nationwide and  worldwide.Their 3 children Kevin, Kelly and Ryan all worked for the business throughout their adolescence gaining very early work experience.  Kevin and Ryan have moved on to new careers while Kelly is now running the family’s business.  She is a Certified Customs Specialist plus she holds a Professional level Customs accreditation.Carrying on her father’s legacy, Kelly’s team continues that impeccable level of service to Preferred Service’s clientele.
