He returned to Greece in 1997 to establish his company Future Lightning, which offered expertise in every aspect of the Electrical Construction Industry.</p><p>Arleen Zafirakis boasts over 20 years of expertise in event production, having held prestigious roles such as Congress Director for a leading Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) company in Greece and in New York City with Travel One & American Express Corporate Travel Services (contracted by SBC Warburg Dillon Read & New York Life Insurance Company). In 2011, Arleen took the entrepreneurial leap, founding Proelectro Event Production—a comprehensive entity addressing diverse event needs, spanning branding, management, exhibition, audiovisual services, special constructions, and more. During that time, Arleen met PK marking the genesis of Proelectro LTD, where innovation, evolution, cutting-edge technology investment, full-line in-house production, and a pioneering mindset are integral facets of the company\'s ethos and priorities. ESOT, the definitive organization covering organ and cell transplantation in Europe, and AIM Group International, joined forces to make this extraordinary event possible. From expansive exhibition halls to over 20 parallel audiovisual rooms, our team of dedicated professionals worked tirelessly to create an immersive experience spanning 2,000 square meters. We delivered comprehensive audiovisual coverage, complete with LED wall rentals, backdrop design, and impeccable stage decoration services, ensuring excellence in every detail. But that's not all! We also brought innovation to the forefront with interactive e-posters and captivating gamification, pushing the boundaries of knowledge and engagement. Our construction expertise came alive with branded phone booths, forex letters, and engaging staircase stickers, telling a visual story at every corner. We meticulously designed tailor-made lounge areas, while our expertise in event signage effortlessly navigated the attendee's journey. And the excitement didn't stop at the main venue! Parallel events in nearby venues amplified the experience, providing a diverse range of conversations, workshops, and engaging interactive sessions.
