ESOT, the definitive organization covering organ and cell transplantation in Europe, and AIM Group International, joined forces to make this extraordinary event possible. From expansive exhibition halls to over 20 parallel audiovisual rooms, our team of dedicated professionals worked tirelessly to create an immersive experience spanning 2,000 square meters. We delivered comprehensive audiovisual coverage, complete with LED wall rentals, backdrop design, and impeccable stage decoration services, ensuring excellence in every detail. But that's not all! We also brought innovation to the forefront with interactive e-posters and captivating gamification, pushing the boundaries of knowledge and engagement. Our construction expertise came alive with branded phone booths, forex letters, and engaging staircase stickers, telling a visual story at every corner. We meticulously designed tailor-made lounge areas, while our expertise in event signage effortlessly navigated the attendee's journey. And the excitement didn't stop at the main venue!
