Our client is an international ICT player with a presence in multiple European countries, offering integrated solutions that support the entire ICT life-cycle. As the client’s company continued to grow, there was an increasing need to supplement its managed IT services. With over 1,000 customers in the Benelux, the company is a reputable and highly-valued organization in the region. So, it was important for them to find a reliable local partner with nearshore service centres. At present, the company has over 25,000 unique users from all around the world. As a leading cloud-based, end-to-end translation management system, Wordbee focuses on translation project automation. We operated as a part of a cross border team that included people from Luxembourg, Egypt and Greece. Our team worked on the same codebase with around 15 to 20 developers of Wordbee’s TMS and CAT development group. The teams also comprised around 1-2 QA persons each. As the company was growing more than 30% per year, their finance department had to scale their capacity as well. As soon as the initial analysis was ready, our team started implementing the RPA solution using UiPath Studio for robot development according to the defined business processes and logic, and supported the client's Finance team during robot deployment, and first launches. THE RESULTS As result, pwrteams has built a robot that collects and processes the data into one file. The value of the product lies in the successful checking and collecting of all the necessary information in one process, from two working days to three working hours. With our solution, the client has achieved the following results: 5x time cut on the accomplishment of all tax-related actions. The time needed for checking and collecting of all information about tax payments was reduced from two working days to three working hours. 100% eliminated human errors in long-term and routine work.
