Solution Delivered: Updated existing and added advanced features and functionalities to improve the interface. Added an online meter reading feature to allow customers to submit meter readings using the app and facilitate seamless bill generation. Revamped existing Android and iOS mobile apps with a completely new code base and UI/UX for a better CX. Added a multiple connection management feature to allow users to make partial and advance bill payments and download annual account statements. Apart from this, integrated other top-notch features, including a consumption calculator, a complaint module, and a chatbot.

Solution Delivered: Q3 Technologies designed and developed a mobile and web application for both Android and iOS platforms to facilitate secure and seamless bookings of vehicles on rent. The robust and scalable application features: A modern look & feel with a user-friendly interface for hassle-free bookings, payments, and more. A split payment feature to allow customers to pay the rent in installments as per the plan. A KYC verification feature for screening customers before completing the booking. An “extend ride duration option” to allow customers to increase their ride tenure for the rented vehicle.
