IT Arena is one of the largest tech events in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, drawing over 5,000 participants annually to Lviv for three days of innovation, networking, and thought leadership. Our goal was to design a visual identity and digital experience that captured the event’s scale and energy while remaining intuitive and accessible for a global audience. We refreshed the brand’s signature yellow and orange palette and introduced vibrant mesh gradients to convey movement, light, and technological momentum. The website had to accommodate complex content—from multi-day agendas to speaker profiles and multiple venues—while staying clear and user-friendly. We embraced minimalism with a strong visual hierarchy, combining bold typography with clean layout and vivid visuals. The result was a dynamic yet functional digital presence that seamlessly guided users through the event’s diverse offerings.
As Infrakit expanded across seven countries, its brand and digital presence, especially the website, lacked consistency and clarity. We began with a comprehensive brand audit involving business analysis, visual review, and communication assessment, followed by collaborative workshops to align on direction. The outcome was a refreshed visual identity, a unified communication style, and a complete website redesign. The new site delivers a streamlined user experience, structured content, and a visual language inspired by construction blueprints. Real team photos, product videos, and user-centric messaging bring authenticity and clarity, while a custom UI Kit based on Infrakits' product design system ensures scalability for future updates.

As part of our collaboration with Infrakit, we revitalized the brand by redesigning its visual identity and website and creating a communication strategy.

Daleel improves financial literacy and promotes informed decision-making so that people without financial backgrounds can manage their finances. With Daleel, users can find and compare banking products relevant to their unique situation and complete submissions directly within the app, making financial products more accessible.
The EDS-Development company is the leading developer and manufacturer of innovative energy products. It is a part of the EDS Ukraine group, that delivers modern and efficient solutions for the energy landscape future. The company specializes in developing electric vehicles and charging stations for them and conceptual architectural solutions for energy facilities such as electrical substations. EDS Q360 — one of EDS-Development’s core products — is a state-of-the-art charging station for electric vehicles, which provides a full charge in under thirty minutes. The Qubstudio team played a pivotal role in building the charger's user interface. The goal extended beyond building a user-friendly interface in the traditional sense. The interface design should prioritize the ease of use, especially for newcomers, so the users could spend less time setting up the charging process.
Loan Mantra is a powerful loan management platform that connects users with optimal financial products and lenders. In other words, Loan Mantra serves as a secure intermediary between borrowers and lenders. Designed to help entrepreneurs get the necessary funding, it also provides small businesses with financial knowledge and expertise. The Qubstudio team has recently enhanced the platform’s user experience to cater to its expanding audience. As the platform grew and scaled, we were tasked to update its design to accommodate different types of users, such as advisers, borrowers, lenders, and administrators. Also, we needed to simplify the functionality and add new features to strengthen its market presence. Since one of the platform’s standout aspects is straightforward, reliable service for all users, the upgraded version was expected to deliver a flawless and secure customer experience.
BluePallet is an end-to-end industrial commerce platform that pioneers solutions for search, logistics, transactions, and everything in between. BluePallet is more similar to an eCommerce hub, combining the functionality of a marketplace with that of a networking platform. This unique solution covers the entire chemical procurement cycle, encompassing sourcing, deal negotiations, order fulfillment, and financing. We helped BluePallet redefine the product and embrace innovative features. Initially, the client approached us to update the look and feel of the product. However, following our in-depth research phase, we collectively rebuilt the product from the ground up, redefining its architecture and design.
Loan Mantra is a secure lending platform that connects borrowers with the best matching lenders and financial products. As an intermediary, Loan Mantra provides a safe lending environment. The platform offers reliable financing options to business owners and financial advice and expertise to small businesses. The Qubstudio team built a new brand identity and redesigned the company’s website to align with Loan Mantra’s focus on an up-to-date, trustworthy service. We set out with two main goals: to refresh Loan Mantra’s brand identity and to redesign its website. With Loan Mantra now reaching the broader audience, we needed a logo that reflected this shift. We aimed for a modern, simple design to convey a smooth and reliable lending experience while aligning with the new brand identity. Updating the website to match this refreshed brand identity was another top priority. We also focused on making the navigation and page hierarchy more intuitive.

They have been providing top-notch tech solutions for Fortune 100 companies since 2007. After acquiring Ostware Services, networking software engineering and test automation services company, PlVision has been working on a new global marketing strategy. As a part of it, the company reached Qubstudio to create new brand identity. Then, we wanted to use what we already knew and created to rethink company digital presence and created a brand new website, which would represent and strengthen company image and become a productive tool for all marketing efforts.

Temy is a Ukrainian development company focusing on AR/VR, and cloud computing. Started in Kyiv by merging two companies, Temy soon grew enough to open a new development office in Lviv. That is why Temy asked to help with the name and branding creation, which are aimed to build a quality communication between clients, management and employees, to talk about a company’s approach and the value they bring. They provided Temy with the right tone of voice, that goes along with company culture and environment, did Logo design, corporate identity and copyrighting.

It is a new smart platform, designed to help individuals and small business sell pre-owned and new items online. It aims to simplify buying, selling and delivering an experience. As the design partner of the startup, Qubstudio design team helped MyLoqta to define and ideate MVP. They created branding and user interface design of the mobile application for further development.
