Client Overview: Mother Dough Bakery is owned and operated by Chef David Fhima of Fhima’s Restaurant. It is located in Downtown Minneapolis at the Capella Tower.Utilizing Chef David Fhima’s 130-year-old starter from his great, great-grandmother, Mother Dough Bakery’s bread and pastries will bring you back to the best bakeries in Paris. Everything is made in-house daily, from our baked breads and pastries to our dressings and sauces. Upon entering the custom doors to the bakery, you are transported into Paris. Our Objectives: When sitting down with the Fhima family and their crew, we discussed the needs of their business. Mother Dough Bakery was a brand new concept that they were opening within months of this discussion. We quickly moved to build a simple web presence that represented what the Fhima family was looking for. Time was of the essence.Equally important was their vision. Chef is a creative thinker who wanted a partner who could digest his thoughts and come up with live options to critique. Moreover simplicity was key. It's All About the Food: As with Fhima’s Restaurant, the team is all about visuals. They want their digital footprint to be simple to navigate, to showcase their wins, and offering mouth-watering dishes to salivate over while perusing the site. Brand Strategy: We needed to understand their brand and not overthink things. The most important aspect of someone visiting Motherdoughbakery.com is to experience the restaurant immediately. To taste it, to smell it, to enter into their world instantly.
