When Investin Plc approached REAL, they were still going through planning for a luxury student accommodation building in the heart of the picturesque university and harbour town, Falmouth. We supported in all areas including what the proposition would actually look like, we also identified what the breakdown of rooms would be and supported in the creation of rent and incentives. For over 6 years we partnered with global giants Sodexo and Kier Property to market and manage their student accommodation, Oxford House. We are proud to have marketed this property since 2016, in that time we have achieved record conversions in 2022. We brought the property to life with bespoke styling and staging. We captured updated virtual tours of the rooms and social spaces and we also filmed drone footage showcasing the property from a 400-meter bird’s eye view! We also took on new projects to support existing clients with B2B marketing and design, resulting in contract wins for them worth six figures plus. We managed their social media campaigns, digital marketing ads, and organic content was devised as part of the project. Located in the Roman Baths area of Birmingham, Bath Court sits on a busy intersection at the midway point between the University of Birmingham campus and the city centre. We cleverly incorporated road markings to retain the historic significance of the property’s name-sake location and developed a logo highlighting the prominent shape and footprint of the near triangular building. We launched and managed a digital marketing campaign with a suite of supporting marketing collateral, building signage, and 50+ meters of striking hoarding. Compelling digital marketing ads and organic content were devised as part of the 2-year project which curated a thriving student community at its core. U-Student aims to provide students with an unforgettable University experience. Quality accommodation, a friendly community, and a safe environment make U-Student a leading provider of student accommodation year-on-year. Keen to retain its long-standing reputation with students and universities, U-Student sought out an agency with experience in marketing student properties to a youth audience to improve occupancy levels across its portfolio. We rolled a new self-assured style out through a brand-new website, enhanced social media content, and printed collateral. Situated on the cusp of the Cumbrian countryside, The Paddock is the epitome of luxury living. With a minimalist style, expansive windows, and open-plan layouts this beautifully boutique new home development by Northern Development craved a sleek, contemporary look that truly represented the homes on offer. REAL designed the brand identity, website and marketing collateral with location and landmarks acting as key factors. Following thorough research, we took inspiration from the history of the site which is situated overlooking Carlisle Racecourse in the naming strategy and creative approach bringing in a uniquely strong elegant typeface with striking emerald and brushed steel colour palette referring to the countryside surrounding and equestrian significance.
Riverside promises the ultimate student living experience with a range of high-quality rooms, studios, study/social spaces and great amenities. The development speaks for itself but REAL’s job was to get students into the accommodation with effective branding, digital marketing and social media management. We delivered a successful digital marketing campaign with strong branding and rollouts to collateral including incredible hoarding, a marketing suite and print. To support the branding, digitally, we created compelling colourful content, clever social media campaigns and PPC, which built brand awareness locally. This joined-up digital marketing strategy, engaged with prospective residents and ultimately delivered bookings, making it a successful campaign. Hyde New Homes has been in the business of property for over half a century (53 years to be precise!) They approached us to come up with a concept for a scheme of almost 200 sustainable new, residential homes as part of a regeneration project in partnership with Canterbury City Council.
