In the second stage of our partnership, Reenbit engineered a system for booking rooms, including creating and configuring rooms at the administrator part and importing&exporting systems. We also developed synchronization of booking systems with Google and Outlook calendars, helped with the development of car space management, equipment administration systems, and Covid-related service features. As a result of our collaboration, the Cloudbooking team achieved rapid development and reached delivery goals on time.

Even though NRC has their own internal software development unit, they eventually faced a critical need to expand engineering capacity. The immediate aim was to fully develop a Community Coordination Toolbox using NRC Azure DevOps tools. This project was to be built from scratch, meaning we provided NRC with full-cycle development services. Since Microsoft is one of our client's sponsors and grants them software licenses, we chose Azure as our central technology. No previous UI had been developed aside from some initial wireframes, so we also offered our support in sketching up the final design. Essentially, we created a web-based resource available for the public. As a result, users received an easy-to-use interface with clearly sorted chapters of information, ready-to-view and download documents, and intelligent search. The site is available in 3 languages. Additionally, we've developed a straightforward admin portal for uploading and managing information.

Our primary challenge was to develop a piece of software that would support offline mode but still store the information needed for tracking the workforce. Before development, we created cutting-edge architecture and also offered UI designs. This application was integrated with systems such as RFID,3g, and LoRa to create an automatic sign-in, sign-out, and headcount during emergencies. Also, we've developed functionalities for administrators so that they could configure personnel and jobs and monitor users' activity using powerful live reports. So BoS contacted Reenbit with a request for smart automation and synchronization of all systems currently being used. After analysis of the requirements, we've decided to keep the existing ERP system as the primary data storage and create an intelligent synchronization module with other parties, which include Prime Cargo, Plytix, Shopify, Delogue, and Packshot. We've utilized a service strategy and created functionality using a serverless approach that keeps all stages of clothing production up to date. We've also created an admin role for the company business unit, which allows them to track the timeline of all integration flows and restart a specific flow in case of error or demand.

The partnership expanded our team's domain knowledge and technical expertise, and we're proud to have played a part in eClou's success.

Reenbit offered a practical and complex solution that aimed to digitize the manual process of preparing documents required in entities of marine transportation. The solution involved creating a software platform connected to a local server based on the ship that could work offline and upload information to the Azure cloud when the boat entered the internet access area. Reenbit provided WMC with a sophisticated document featuring development stages, solution architecture, sprints, stories, wireframes, estimates, and front and back-end development plans. The discovery phase helped WMC understand the challenges and provided them with a plan on what to do next and the costs involved.
